Custom Hosted Provider UI

An example hosted provider UI extension has been created for Alibaba Cloud - the source code is available in this GitHub repository - https://github.com/rancher/ali-ui

This Hosted Provider UI enabled the following functionality:

• Adding a new Cloud Credential
• Adding a new Hosted Cluster provisioning and edit
• Adding a new Hosted Cluster import
